Inside the MindSilence formula
The Thirty-Second Version
MindSilence contains seven named actives: GABA, passion flower, valerian extract, ginkgo biloba, zinc, vitamin B6 and probiotics. The label directs two capsules daily and each bottle holds 60, which is a 30-day supply. The manufacturer does not publish per-ingredient milligram amounts anywhere on the label or in its material, so this page lists roles and sources rather than doses.
The ingredient table
| Ingredient | Amount published | Role in the formula |
|---|---|---|
| GABA | Not published | The body's principal calming neurotransmitter; the anchor of the formula[1] |
| Vitamin B6 | Not published | Cofactor the body uses when producing GABA; supports normal nervous system function[1] |
| Passion flower | Not published | Traditional calming botanical, used for restlessness and light sleep[4] |
| Valerian extract | Not published | Traditional sleep and relaxation botanical; evidence is mixed and NCCIH says so[3] |
| Ginkgo biloba | Not published | Included for circulation; one of the most-studied botanicals available[5] |
| Zinc | Not published | Essential mineral; intake commonly falls short in older adults[2] |
| Probiotics | Not published | Digestive support; strain identity is not disclosed on the label |
Why every row says "not published": the manufacturer lists what is in MindSilence without breaking out individual weights. That is legal and common, and it is also a genuine limitation. We would rather print an empty column than fill it with numbers nobody has released. It is the reason label transparency is the lowest score on our reviews page.

Sourcing and what is not in the bottle
MindSilence is manufactured in the United States in a facility that operates under current Good Manufacturing Practices and is registered with the FDA. Botanical raw materials are bought as standardised extracts rather than as bulk plant powder, which matters for a practical reason: an extract with a defined constituent range can be identity-tested against a certificate, and a variable powder cannot be tested in any meaningful way.
Each finished lot goes to Tamarack Laboratory Sciences, LLC for identity, potency, heavy metals and microbial testing before it is released. The current lot, MS-C26-0714, is documented on the verification page with its certificate number, and the testing process itself is described on the testing standards page.
What the formula deliberately leaves out is stimulants. There is no caffeine, no yohimbine and no thermogenic blend, because a product intended to help evenings feel calmer has no business containing anything that revs the nervous system. It also contains no melatonin, which surprises some buyers; melatonin is a hormone with its own timing considerations, and the formula was designed around nutrients and botanicals instead.
A note on interactions worth taking seriously. Ginkgo is associated with bleeding risk in people taking anticoagulant or antiplatelet medication, and calming botanicals can add to the effect of sedatives. If you take prescription medication of any kind, ask your pharmacist before starting this or any supplement[6]. That is a two-minute conversation and it is the right one to have.

Direct Answers
What are the ingredients in MindSilence?
Seven named actives: GABA, passion flower, valerian extract, ginkgo biloba, zinc, vitamin B6 and probiotics, alongside the capsule shell and standard flow agents. The manufacturer publishes that list without individual milligram amounts, which means no seller, including this one, can honestly quote you a dose for any of them.
Does MindSilence contain melatonin or caffeine?
Neither. There is no melatonin, no caffeine and no stimulant of any kind in MindSilence. A formula meant to make evenings easier has no business containing anything that revs the nervous system, and melatonin was left out because it is a hormone with timing considerations of its own that belong in a separate decision.
Is MindSilence vegetarian, gluten free or non-GMO?
MindSilence is non-GMO, and no gluten, dairy or soy is added during manufacture. It is produced in a facility that also handles other supplement products, so anyone managing a severe allergy should contact support before ordering and we will share what the facility can confirm about cross-contact controls for the current run.
How many capsules are in a bottle of MindSilence?
Sixty capsules, which at the labelled serving of two a day is a 30-day supply. That arithmetic is the practical reason most reviewers who order a single bottle end up disappointed: the bottle runs out at day 30, and the most common window for noticing anything runs from week three to week eight.
Can I open the capsules and mix the powder into a drink?
We would not recommend it. The capsule shell controls where the contents are released, some of the actives taste unpleasant enough to put people off entirely, and there is no benefit to offset either. If swallowing capsules is difficult, taking them one at a time with a full glass of water and a mouthful of food first is what reviewers who mention the capsule size say worked for them.
