Privacy notice
Effective July 2026. This notice explains what Stillbrook Health, Inc. does with information collected through trymindsilence.com.
The short version
This is a static website. It has no accounts, no login, no comment section and no advertising trackers. The only personal information we hold is what you give us when you place an order or write to support, and we do not sell it to anyone.
What the website itself collects
Our web host records standard server logs: IP address, browser type, the pages requested and the time of the request. These are used to keep the site running and to spot abuse, and they are discarded on the host's ordinary retention schedule. The site sets no advertising or profiling cookies of its own. A single browser-session flag is stored on your device to remember that you dismissed the offer bar at the bottom of the page; it contains no personal information and disappears when you close the browser.
What ordering involves
Checkout is operated by our authorized payment partner. When you place an order you provide your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and payment details directly to that partner. Stillbrook Health, Inc. receives your name, shipping address, email address, phone number and the contents of the order so that it can be dispatched and supported. We never receive or store your full card number.
What contacting us involves
The contact form on this site opens your own email program; it does not send anything to a database here. Whatever you write reaches us as an ordinary email and is kept with the correspondence for that order.
Who else sees your information
Three categories, and no others. Our payment partner, for processing and for refunds. Our fulfillment partner and the shipping carrier, for delivering your parcel. Our email provider, which carries the messages between us. None of them is permitted to use your details for their own marketing. We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Email from us
Ordering triggers transactional email: confirmation, dispatch, tracking. Those are part of the purchase and cannot be opted out of while an order is in progress. If you ask to be added to product updates you can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link, and leaving does not affect anything to do with your order or your guarantee.
How long we keep things
Order records are kept for as long as needed to honor the 365-day guarantee and to satisfy US tax and business record requirements, which in practice means several years. Support correspondence is kept with the order it relates to.
Your choices
Write to [email protected] to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. Deletion requests are honored except where a record must be kept for tax or legal reasons, and we will tell you if that applies. Residents of states with specific privacy statutes, including California, have those rights regardless of where we are based, and we do not discriminate against anyone for exercising them.
Children
MindSilence is intended for adults and this site is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided information here, write to us and we will remove it.
Security
The site is served over an encrypted connection and payment details are handled entirely by the payment partner on its own encrypted infrastructure. No system is perfect, and we will not pretend otherwise; what we can promise is that we hold as little as possible and never ask for card details, passwords or bank credentials by email or phone.
