trymindsilence.com is operated by Stillbrook Health, Inc., 415 First Avenue SE, Suite 220, Cedar Rapids, IA 52401, registered as Iowa Business No. 662-118-4402. The site functions as the authorized online distribution portal for MindSilence in the United States for the 2026 production cycle. Stillbrook Health, Inc. is the seller of record for orders placed here and is not the manufacturer of the product.
2. Health information and its limits
Everything published here about nutrients, ingredients, tinnitus or hearing is general education. It is not medical advice, it is not tailored to you, and it does not create any professional relationship between you and Stillbrook Health, Inc. or anyone writing for it. Decisions about your health belong with your physician, audiologist or pharmacist, particularly if you take prescription medication, are pregnant or nursing, or manage an ongoing condition. Ringing that is new, sudden, one-sided or pulsing in time with your heartbeat should be assessed by a clinician promptly.
3. Regulatory statement
MindSilence is a dietary supplement. Statements made about it have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and it is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. Dietary supplements are not approved by the FDA before they are sold.
4. Orders, pricing and availability
Prices are shown in US dollars and apply to orders placed through this portal. We may change prices, packages or promotional terms at any time; the terms displayed at the moment you complete checkout are the ones that apply to your order. An order is an offer to buy, and it is accepted when we dispatch it. If an item is unavailable or a price is displayed in obvious error, we may decline the order and refund you in full. Payment is taken by our authorized checkout partner, and the descriptor on your statement will be theirs rather than ours.
5. Customer accounts on personal use
MindSilence sold through this portal is intended for personal use by the purchaser. It is not sold for resale, and orders that appear to be for resale, including into marketplace listings, may be declined. Reselling product bought here does not transfer the guarantee to anyone else.
6. Reviews and customer accounts of results
Customer reviews published on this site describe individual experiences. They are not typical results, they are not promised results, and they do not amount to a claim about what the product will do for you. Reviews are matched to an order reference before publication where possible, and this is described on the reviews page.
7. Batch and verification information
Batch identifiers, purity figures, laboratory names and certificate numbers published on the verification page describe the production lot currently shipping and are provided for reference. They are not an external accreditation you can verify through a third-party register. Certificate documents are supplied by the testing laboratory on request through support.

We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, which may change after we link to it.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Stillbrook Health, Inc.'s liability in connection with the site or a product purchased through it is limited to the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Iowa and the United States. Disputes go before the courts of Linn County, Iowa, and nothing in this clause removes any right you have to bring a claim in a small claims court where that is available to you.
