Checking a bottle
Lot codes, certificate copies and suspected imitations. Include the code from the base of the bottle.
Send a message
This form opens your own email program with the details filled in. There is no database behind it, which is deliberate.
Never send card numbers, full bank details or passwords by email, to us or to anyone. We will never ask for them. Payment is taken only at the secure checkout, and support does not need your card number to process a refund.
Shipping, tracking and returns
Dispatch. Orders leave the fulfillment center within one business day of payment clearing. Orders placed at a weekend go out on the Monday.
Delivery. Typical US delivery is 3 to 6 business days from dispatch. Remote addresses and Alaska or Hawaii can run a little longer.
Tracking. A tracking number arrives by email once the carrier scans the parcel, usually the evening after dispatch. If nothing has moved after five business days, write to [email protected] and we will open a trace.
Lost or damaged. We reship or refund at your choice, whichever suits you. You do not need to fight the carrier yourself.
Returns. Under the 365-day guarantee, opened bottles stay with you. Unopened bottles from a multi-bottle order may be requested back, and we send the address when that applies. Full terms are on the guarantee page and in the refund policy.
